User-Generated Content

If you submit comments, tips, or other content, you retain ownership but grant Topeny a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with the Site. You are responsible for ensuring submissions do not infringe third-party rights or violate any law, and we may remove any submission at our discretion.

Content Ownership

All Test Reports, Bulletins, ratings frameworks, graphics, and design elements are the property of Topeny or its licensors, protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. Brief excerpts with attribution and links are welcome; full republishing or systematic redistribution requires written permission.

Nature of Test Reports and Bulletins

Test Reports reflect our team’s hands-on evaluation of a product at a specific point in time, using a defined testing process for that product’s sub-category. Bulletins reflect information available at time of publication. Products, pricing, availability, and features can change afterward without notice — always confirm current details with the provider before purchasing. Test Reports represent our team’s assessment under our specific test conditions and may not reflect every user’s individual experience.
